The business has been founded by Dan Orteu, Alex Kennedy and Jon Davies in partnership with Venrex Investment Management. Dan has over 20 years’ experience designing and integrating e-commerce, retail POS, CRM, supply chain and ERP systems in the retail arena, most recently as COO and CTO of £50 million fashion brand Anya Hindmarch. Alex has over 25 years of software development experience also in the retail integration space. Jon has over 20 years’ experience as a management consultant specialising in CRM and Integration. Venrex is an experienced e-commerce/retail investor with shares in multichannel brands such as Orlebar Brown, Charlotte Tilbury, Astley Clarke and Me and Em.
