The setup fee covers all work required to deliver a working integration solution as defined in your contract — agreed as a fixed fee at the start of the project. The monthly licensing & support fee covers use of the Azure platform, FrogStack middleware, and your chosen support plan.

How pricing works
What does the setup fee cover?
All work required to design, build, test and deliver a working integration as defined in your contract. It's agreed upfront as a fixed fee so there are no surprises.
What does the monthly fee include?
The cost of running the integration on Azure, the FrogStack middleware licence, and your support plan — covering monitoring, incident response and minor changes.
How is the project size determined?
By the number of systems, data flows, and the complexity of your business logic. We'll assess this during an initial call and propose the right tier before any commitment.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The setup fee is fixed and the monthly fee is agreed in advance. If your requirements change materially mid-project, we'll discuss any impact transparently.
